Rema Morgan-Aluko

Rema Morgan-Aluko joins the 2026 PWR Racing roster as both competitor and architect of change. As Co-Founder and President of PWR Racing, she pairs strategic leadership with on-the-ground grit, drawing from her career as a Senior Technology Executive for global brands like Savage X Fenty, Fandango, and Rotten Tomatoes to help scale and professionalize women’s cycling.

A Category 4 racer rooted in Los Angeles’ community ride culture, Rema has earned top-10 finishes at the ELDO Race Series while continually sharpening her race craft through elite development camps. Rema doesn't just ride the peloton—she builds it. From managing national logistics at the highest level of USAC racing to her current residency at the SCNCA Board of Directors, she is a driving force in Women's cycling advancement, operations and governance—leading logistics for major race campaigns and serving in regional leadership roles—all with one mission: building a more equitable, structured, and powerful future for women in the peloton.
