Lani Woods

Lani Woods joins the 2026 PWR Racing roster as a fearless Category 3 powerhouse known for thriving on the most athletic and technical courses in the country. A devoted mom and elite multi-sport athlete, her competitive roots span Spartan racing, triathlon victories, and earning the prestigious California Triple Crown title.

A consistent force in the SoCal criterium scene, Lani secured a 3rd place finish at the Taylor Elizabeth Clifford Memorial Grand Prix, 2nd at CBR #2 and the Chuck Pontius Memorial Crit, multiple Eldo Race Series podiums, and a thrilling sprint-from-behind victory at the Barry Wolfe Grand Prix. Nationally, she has delivered top-15 finishes at Tulsa Tough and the Chocolate City Criterium, and pushed her limits racing through the Mojave Desert in The Speed Project. This season, she’ll also carry PWR colors across the Pacific to compete in Hawaii.

Off the bike, Lani is the founder of Triple Crown Adventures and an American Ninja Warrior alum, blending elite performance with creative storytelling and community leadership. She brings grit, vision, and undeniable cool to PWR—ready to power the peloton from LA to the islands.
