Erika Quinteros

Erika Quinteros joins the 2026 PWR Racing roster as a breakout Category 3 talent known for her tactical precision and fearless racing style. After a standout 4/5 season, she quickly established herself at the front of Southern California’s most competitive fields—earning multiple top-five finishes, a 2nd place podium in the California Bicycle Racing (CBR) Series, and a commanding first-place sprint victory at the Eldo Race Series.

Her consistency and grit secured her the Most Aggressive Rider (MAR) title in the CBR Series and 2nd overall in the 2025 SCNCA SoCal Criterium Cup. She went on to claim a dominant win at the Manhattan Beach Grand Prix and a 3rd place podium at the Costa Mesa Grand Prix Masters State Championship, cementing her status as a premier crit contender.

Off the bike, Erika is a Physician Assistant (PA-C) dedicated to serving underserved communities and mentoring future healthcare professionals. She brings that same discipline, empathy, and leadership to the peloton—racing with purpose and lifting others along the way.
