As a Co-Founder of PWR Racing, Dr. Ayodele “Dele” Gomih is on a mission to transform self-doubt into competitive breakthroughs for women in cycling. An Epidemiologist with a PhD by day, Dele brings a calculated, strategic brilliance to the peloton. Her 2025 season was a testament to her range, marked by a Gold medal at the Tour of America’s Dairyland (ToAD) and a podium finish at the historic Harlem Skyscraper. Back home in Southern California, she remains a consistent force in the CBR and Eldo Race Series, combining her "explosive" racing style with a selfless commitment to her teammates.
